All rates listed are subject to change based on the complexity of services, travel requirements, and individualized care plans. Final pricing will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of services. 

We provide transparent, customized pricing designed to reflect the level of care, expertise, and personalized attention each client receives. Because every individual and family’s needs are unique, all services begin with a complimentary consultation to assess goals and determine the most appropriate level of support. Detailed estimates and service agreements are provided prior to engagement to ensure clarity and confidence.

Concierge Case Management
Billed monthly or hourly, depending on the scope of care coordination and ongoing involvement. Services may include communication with providers, family updates, treatment planning, and advocacy. Monthly retainers typically range from $2,000–$4,000, or hourly rates between $150–$250/hour for short-term or specialized consultation.

Monitoring & Accountability
Customizable plans based on frequency of check-ins, reporting, and substance screening. Pricing ranges from $500–$2,000/month, depending on the level of oversight and reporting structure.

Sober Companion Services
Rates are determined by duration and intensity of support. Full-time companionship (live-in or 24-hour) typically ranges from $1,000–$1,500 per day, while part-time or transitional support is available at $100–$200/hour. Travel and lodging costs (if applicable) are billed separately.

Intervention Services
Each intervention includes three (3) pre-intervention sessions with the family to prepare, educate, and strategize, followed by four (4) post-intervention check-ins to ensure stability and follow-through. The standard intervention package ranges from $4,000–$7,500, depending on location, complexity, and travel requirements.

Domestic Violence & Family Support
Services are structured based on level of involvement and duration. Case management, family support, and safety planning sessions are billed at $150–$250/hour, or available as a customized package for ongoing guidance and coordination.

Referral Services
Referral and placement coordination is included as part of our concierge case management and intervention services. Independent referral consultation is available FREE
